A key component of our growth plan is a great site, and with hundreds of franchise agreements in place, we need great sites!
Our franchisees are responsible for selecting their own sites, with their choices being subject to the dual approval of their Area Representative and our Corporate Real Estate Department. The Area Representative works closely with the franchisee during the site selection, and the use of a top-quality real estate broker is recommended. When a potential site has been identified, the franchisee is responsible for submitting a site approval request form to their Area Representative, who in turn submits the request to our HQ Real Estate Department.
When we become aware of great sites, we forward the information to the franchisee with development rights for that particular geographic area.
